Really enjoyed staff and rooms, everything was clean and perfect. Fresh fruit, cereal and milk were really appreciated.

The property overall was fairly clean and quiet little, had very good staff and food. The room met what was needed, functional with powerful showers.

Pleasant hotel located in a good area very close to marina and town centre and all facilities and shops.

Everything was superb, it had excellent wifi, nothing too much trouble. Our breakfast was savoury and plentiful, included cereal, fruit and milk. The service was very good, that made the hotel bright place.

Grounds were kept spotlessly clean, breakfast was plentiful.

The venue itself is musty, yet it has delightfully helpful staff, unbeatable location.

Cold bathroom.

Efficient staff, functional room, nice bed. And it also had pleasant view. Food was great and we loved the variety. Peaceful location, not too far from St James' Church. Facilities were great too.

The place was interesting and traditional and the staff were fabulously helpful, the location was absolutely perfect in a quiet area of the town. Large bathroom, large bed, big bedroom. We loved the astonishing packed breakfast. Service was good, nothing too much trouble.

The bed was comfy and the restaurant was good and had lots of food. I had a TASTY breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. Spotless hotel, exceptional service. There where good internet and free parking available.

Breakfast was fine, staff were approachable, location was optimal! I loved a Victorian decor and comfortable furniture. Walking distance to the beautiful beach.

We had a very lovely weekend with delicious breakfast. You could walk to the shops and supermarket. What's more, there was a budget museum relatively near the hotel.

We enjoyed staff and rooms, they were beautiful. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. Friendly reception. It was located in a marina area.

Would definitely recommend the place. The hotel was just next door to supermarkets and shops. For evening drinks visit pub dog and partridge, it is located within 15 minutes by foot. Booked a double room with a heating system, an ironing set and a writing table.

Good choice for exploring Whitehaven.

The bed was not comfortable.

The breakfast is good and the staff is loyal. Casa a Roma, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel. Location was ideal, just 1 km to old town. The venue's position within just 1 km from the rum story...

All good.

a few steps away from rooftop cafe, where you can have lunch. we loved the fact that we chose chase. 5 minutes' walk to train. we would definitely book here again if visiting whitehaven.
